Shipping policy

Please allow up to 10 business days for your lucky jewels to be made and shipped out. Once jewels are shipped allow 2-5 business days for USPS to deliver your order!

Note: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. If a package is mishandled, stolen or lost, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.
